Auction Payment and Pick-up Procedure

 


Congratulations on your winning bid. New Mexico State University appreciates your participation in our auction. Listed below are the instructions for payment and pick up.

  1. Please bring the Payment Receipt (emailed from PublicSurplus.com or other University issued notice) along with an identification [Drivers License or Motor Vehicle Division (MVD) ID] to the New Mexico State University Central Property Office located at 1600 Wells Street on the NMSU Main Campus between the hours of 8:30 AM and 4:30 PM Local Time Monday through Friday.

NOTE: The successful bidder will be required to remit payment and remove the property within five (5) business days from the date of Notice of Award. All payments are made to Public Surplus. Accepted forms of payment are wire transfers or credit card.

  • Once payment is made, you may either pick up your purchase or schedule a pickup time (ID and receipt required as noted above).
  • If you are picking up an item for someone else, you will need ID and receipt plus a note from the designated winning bidder specifically naming you as their authorized representative, along with your own ID.
