Payment and Pick-up

 


Congratulations on your winning bid. New Mexico State University appreciates your participation in our auction. Listed below are the instructions for payment and pick up.

NOTE: The successful bidder will be required to remit payment and remove the property within five (5) business days from the date of Notice of Award. All payments are made to Public Surplus. Accepted forms of payment are wire transfers or credit card.

  1. Once payment is made, please call (575) 646-3139 or e-mail nmsuproperty@nmsu.edu to schedule an appointment for pick up. Pick up times between the hours of 8:30 AM – 11:30 AM and 1:30 PM 4:30 PM Local Time Monday through Friday.
  2. When picking up, bring the Payment Receipt (emailed from PublicSurplus.com or other University issued notice) along with an identification [Drivers License or Motor Vehicle Division (MVD) ID] to the New Mexico State University Central Property Office located at 1600 Wells Street on the NMSU Main Campus .
  3. If someone else is picking up your auction(s), please send an email through Public Surplus to release the items. Please include the auction(s) number, your name, a release statement, the person’s name who is picking up, and a copy of their driver’s license.
